Organization Settings: Logo, Name, Brand Color, and Deletion
How organization admins change the organization logo, name, and brand color in Settings › General, and when an organization can be deleted.
Settings › General is where an organization admin sets how the organization looks to everyone who works in it. Open Settings from the foot of the organization sidebar and select General.
Logo and Name
Upload or remove the Organization logo. It appears on the organization's tile on the rail and wherever the organization is shown. Change the Organization name and select Save. The new name is also used on your billing records.
Brand Color
The Brand color is the accent everyone sees while working in this organization: selected states, focus rings, charts, and the organization's tile. It saves as soon as you pick it, separately from the name. Choose Default to return to the standard BackOps indigo.
The brand color is per organization, so someone who works in several organizations sees each one in its own color.
Delete an Organization
Only an organization admin can delete an organization, from the bottom of Settings › General. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
You cannot delete an organization while it has a license that is in a trial, active, past due, or cancelled but still running. Cancel the subscription in Billing and wait for the period to end before deleting.
Deleting removes the organization and its members' organization permissions.
