The Organization Orders Page Across All Events
See every vendor and internal order across your organization's active events in one table, filter by event, source, status and dates, and open any order on its event.
Each event keeps its own orders, which is right for the people running that event and awkward for everyone else. A warehouse lead or a head of production wants one answer across the calendar: what is on order, from whom, and where each order stands. The organization Orders page is that answer.
Open it from the Orders item in your organization's navigation, alongside Procurements, Coverage and Inventory.
What the page shows
The table lists every order on the organization's active events, grouped by event by default. Its columns are Order, Event, Source (External or Internal), Status, Starts and Ends. Search by name, and filter by event, source, status, start date or end date. Archived events are not included.
Status is the order's derived status, worked out from its declared status, quotes, invoices and payments, so a vendor order that has an invoice on file reads Confirmed here just as it does on the event. For internal orders the list shows Draft, Ordered or Canceled; open the order to see whether it has reached Assigned or Fulfilled.
Select a row to open the order on its event's Orders page, where all the work on it happens. You need access to that event to open it.
Where organization-level orders come from
The page has no create button, because an order is always raised against needs on a specific event. From the organization Procurements page, select needs and choose Send to order to put them on an existing order for that event, or to create a new one with a name and a source. All the needs you send at once must be on the same event, and sending a need that is already on the order adds to its quantity.
When none of your active events has an order yet, the page is empty and points you to Procurements.
