POST
/users/{userId}/imageStarts an account avatar change: it marks the user as having an image and returns two write-only upload URLs (96px and 256px) that the client puts its resized WebP images to directly. Strictly self-service: only the user can change their own avatar. To remove it, use Users_RemoveImage.
