GET
/users/{userId}Returns the user's own profile: name, email and image URL. On a new account's first call it also creates the user record, consumes any pending crew invitations and reserved license seats for the account email, and sends a welcome email, so call it once after sign-up and before Event API Users_Initialize. Only the caller's own user id is accepted.
