Update Flex

Saves the Flex event sync configuration. SyncStartDate is how far back in Flex the sync reads, and moving it re-reads from the new date; SyncIntervalMinutes is how often the sync runs, at least 1. Each mapping names the BackOps field (BackOpsTargetType EventField, CustomProperty, TemplateInput, EventRole or EventType, plus BackOpsTargetId) that receives a Flex field from Integrations_GetFields or a StaticValue; the list replaces the saved mappings, needs a sync start date, and a changed mapping re-reads from the start date. Value maps use options from Integrations_GetFieldOptions, and status push actions come from Integrations_GetWorkflow. Events are created from a fixed event type, a fixed template, or one EventType mapping; sending neither type nor template clears both, and the element definition cannot be changed once set. Requires OrganizationAdmin and an existing Flex integration; set the credential first with Integrations_UpdateCredential. The element definition id comes from Integrations_GetElementDefinitions.
