DELETE /organizations/{orgId}/userLicenses/{userLicenseId}
DELETE
/organizations/{orgId}/userLicenses/{userLicenseId}Removes a user's license seat. Requires OrganizationAdmin. The last event pass seat on an event cannot be removed, because an event needs at least one licensed user. The user license id comes from UserLicenses_GetUserLicenses.
