POST
/Organizations/{orgId}/imageStarts an organization logo change: it marks the organization as having an image and returns two write-only upload URLs (96px and 256px) that the client puts its resized WebP images to directly. Requires OrganizationAdmin. To remove the logo, use Organizations_RemoveImage.
