Enable Contact Sync

Turns on the Flex contact sync. It is refused until resource types have been discovered with Integrations_DiscoverContactResourceTypes, every discovered resource type is Mapped or Disabled for both Company and Person, and every Mapped entry gives each required field of its crew or collaborator type a source or static value. Requires OrganizationAdmin and an existing contact sync config.
