Create Location Property

Creates a location property. type is Text, RichText, Number, Date, DateTime, Checkbox, Link, Select, MultiSelect, File, MultiFile, Collaborator, MultiCollaborator, Crew or MultiCrew; Select and MultiSelect need at least one option label and other types take none. The response has no id, so find the new property with Locations_GetLocationProperties, then assign it to a location type section with Locations_AssignPropertyToSection. Needs the organization admin permission.
