POST
/Organizations/{orgId}/licensesBuys a license for a product, in a new subscription when no subscriptionId is given, or added to one of the organization's active or trialing subscriptions that is not locked and does not already contain that product. Requires OrganizationAdmin. Only subscription products can be added. Product ids come from Billing_Get and subscription ids from Billing_GetOrgBilling. The response is always an empty 200 with no license id, and no invoice link even when the change still needs payment; check Billing_GetOrgBilling for the result and any open invoice.
