DELETE/Organizations/{orgId}/licenses/{licenseId}

Cancels a subscription license immediately and marks it expired. Requires OrganizationAdmin. When it is the subscription's only license the subscription is cancelled and invoiced now; otherwise the license is removed from the subscription with a prorated invoice. Licenses managed by BackOps, non-subscription licenses, invalid licenses and locked subscriptions are rejected.
