POST
/viewsSaves a new view of a table's layout. entityId is the entity the view belongs to and tableId names the table; neither can be changed later. Set isPrivate to keep the view visible to the caller only, which needs a signed-in user (an API key is rejected with 400). Setting isDefault clears the default flag on the other views in the same shared or private set. Index is the 1-based position in that set. The response has no body. Needs OrganizationBasicAccess on the organization.
