Update Resource Type Attribute

/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/sections/{sectionId}/attributes/{resourceAttributeId}Edits a placed attribute. A sectionId different from the route's moves the placement to that section in the same call, and changing the pricing role away from Modifier deletes the placement's modifiers. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Edit.
