/resource-attributes/{attributeId}Renames a library attribute and replaces its option list; its response type cannot change. Send an existing option's id to keep it, because an option left out is removed, which is refused while a live variant pins it. The attribute id comes from ResourceTypes_GetResourceAttributes. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Edit.
