PUT
/resources/{resourceId}Updates a resource's name, label, identifier, quantity, settlement and attribute values. Omitting settlement keeps the stored value. Blanking a required Inventory-active attribute is refused, but a value that was already blank never blocks, so legacy records keep saving; a Variant or Unit blank is judged on the whole resulting set. To change the variant use Resources_ReassignResourceVariant. Needs the resource inventory edit permission.
