Reassign Resource Variant

Moves a resource to another variant of its type, and rewrites its variant-axis values from the target variant. The resourceVariantId must be a live variant of the resource's type, from the Organization API's ResourceTypes_GetVariants. Needs the resource inventory edit permission.
