PUT
/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}Updates a resource type's fields. Sections, placed attributes, rate cards and components have their own operations. defaultRuleSetIds is reconciled to the list sent, and omitting trackingType leaves it as stored; a change that would break existing data is refused with the reason. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Edit.
