GET
/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/rate-cardsLists the rate cards a resource type owns, each with usage counts of the variants and resources that link it. Every organization rate card belongs to exactly one owner, a resource type or a provider offering, and an offering's own cards are never listed here. The type's default is defaultRateCardId on ResourceTypes_GetResourceType. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Read.
