GET
/resources/availabilityReturns what is free in a window, per resource type and variant: owned quantity (a row count for Serialized and Crew, summed quantity for Pooled and Expendable), confirmed draw, tentative draw, and available quantity, which is owned minus confirmed draw and may be negative. Tentative draw is shown, not subtracted. Availability is organization-only. from and to bound the window. Needs the resource inventory read permission.
