GET
/resource-attributesLists the organization's resource attribute library, the reusable field definitions that resource types place into their sections, ordered by name. Archived attributes are left out unless includeArchived is true, and willArchive predicts whether ResourceTypes_DeleteResourceAttribute would archive or delete a row. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Read.
