DELETE
/resource-attributes/{attributeId}Archives the attribute when anything references it (values, modifiers, or live variants pinning one of its options), otherwise deletes it and removes its placements; archived in the response says which happened. The attribute id comes from ResourceTypes_GetResourceAttributes. Requires ResourceTypeDatabase.Edit.
