/resource-reservationsReserves one of the organization's resources for a span of time. resourceId comes from Resources_GetResources and an archived resource is refused. blockTypeId comes from ResourceTypes_GetScheduleBlockTypes, and resourceStateId from ResourceTypes_GetResourceStates; leaving the state out uses the block type's default, and that state is what prices the span. status is Tentative, Confirmed or Released, and end must be after start. Requires ResourceInventory.Edit.
