Adds a reset condition: what restarts the rule's clock.

| period | string | Optional | `Day`, `Week` or `Month`, for `CalendarPeriod`. |
| periodStartDay | string | Optional | Day the period starts on. |
| thresholdOverrides | array | Optional | `{ ruleThresholdId, threshold, thresholdUnit }`: per-threshold values after this reset. |
