Makes one of the type's own cards its default. An event that pulls the type takes this card's copy as its default.
This replaces PUT resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/rate-cards/{rateCardId}/default and the defaultRateCardId field on the resource type's create and update bodies, which no longer accept it.
