Update Crew Type
PUT /crew/types/{typeId}
PUT
/crew/types/{typeId}Renames a crew type and sets its icon and color, which are replaced, so send the current ones to keep them. Send index to move the type to a new position in the list, or leave it out to keep its place. typeId comes from Crew_GetCrewTypes. Needs CrewDatabase.Edit.
