Update Crew Attribute

/organizations/{orgId}/crew/attributes/{attributeId}Renames a crew attribute and replaces its option list; its type cannot change. Send each existing option's id from Crew_GetCrewAttributes so a renamed option keeps the values that use it; an option without an id is new, and one left out is removed. Needs Organization admin.
