PUT
/crew/{crewId}Saves a crew member's contact details: first and last name, email, phone, title and point of contact. Every field is replaced, so send the current values of the ones you are not changing; at least one of name, email or phone must remain. Types and attribute values have their own calls, Crew_SetCrewTypes and Crew_SetCrewAttributeValue. Needs CrewDatabase.Edit.
