Set Crew Types

PUT
/crew/{crewId}/typesReplaces the set of types assigned to a crew member: listed types are added and unlisted ones removed, so an empty list leaves the member untyped. Stored attribute values are kept and reappear when a type that shows them is assigned again. typeIds come from Crew_GetCrewTypes; archived types are refused. Needs CrewDatabase.Edit.
