Set Crew Attribute Value

/crew/{crewId}/attributes/{attributeId}Sets one attribute value on a crew member, creating or replacing it; send an empty value to clear it. For Select and MultiSelect attributes the value names options by label or id (a MultiSelect takes a JSON array), and anything matching no option is dropped. attributeId comes from Crew_GetCrewRecord or Crew_GetCrewAttributes. Needs CrewDatabase.Edit.
