GET/crew/{crewId}
Returns one crew member's full record: contact fields, title, point of contact, account status, Flex sync link, current access (license and org permissions,
from the account or the pending invitation), and each assigned type's sections with every attribute's definition and the member's value.
crewId comes from Crew_GetCrew or Crew_LookupCrew. Needs CrewDatabase.Read.
