GET/organizations/{orgId}/crew
Lists every member of the organization's crew database with contact fields, assigned types, account status (Active, Invited or None),
the org license they hold or have reserved, and their attribute values. Use Crew_GetCrewRecord for one member's full record with type sections.
Every operation here uses an organization token from Authorization_AuthorizeOrganization; this list needs Organization admin, while Crew_GetCrewRecord needs only CrewDatabase.Read.
