GET/collaborator-types/{typeId}
Gets one collaborator type with its sections and their attributes, as the type editor shows it. Use it to find sectionIds.
The typeId comes from CollaboratorDatabase_GetCollaboratorTypes or CollaboratorDatabase_CreateCollaboratorType.
