GET/organizations/{orgId}/collaborator-records/{recordId}
Gets one collaborator with a profile per assigned type, each laid out in that type's sections with attribute values filled in, plus the crew members linked to it.
flexSync is set when the collaborator came from the Flex integration. The recordId comes from CollaboratorDatabase_GetCollaboratorRecords.
