Delete Crew

Deletes a crew member's record and what points at it: invitations (freeing reserved seats), types, attribute values, location, activity, file and task assignments, and notification recipients and default assignees on event types; their roles are archived. When it is the last record connected to an account, that account also loses org membership, which needs Organization admin and cannot be done to yourself. Needs CrewDatabase.Edit; to keep the record and remove only access, use Crew_RemoveCrewUser.
