DELETE
/organizations/{orgId}/collaborator-properties/{propertyId}Deletes a collaborator attribute. When any collaborator has a value for it, the attribute is archived instead and keeps its values; otherwise it is deleted permanently and removed from every section. An archived attribute cannot be placed in new sections until CollaboratorDatabase_RestoreCollaboratorProperty. Needs OrganizationAdmin.
