PUT /eventTypes/{typeId}/sections/{sectionId}
PUT
/eventTypes/{typeId}/sections/{sectionId}Renames a section and moves it to the given index; the other sections shift to keep the order contiguous. Section ids come from EventTypes_GetEventType. Requires organization admin.
