Update Event Attribute Option

/eventAttributes/{attributeId}/options/{optionId}Edits an option of a Select or MultiSelect attribute: its value, color and icon, and whether it is archived. Send isArchived true to hide the option from new picks while existing values keep resolving, or false to restore it; the flag is always applied, so send the current state to leave it unchanged. Events store the option's id, so a rename shows on the next read and no stored values are rewritten. Option ids come from EventTypes_GetEventAttributes. Requires organization admin.
