Update Event Attribute

Renames an attribute in the library. The type cannot be changed, and the rename applies to every event type and event that uses the attribute. To change the people a crew or collaborator attribute offers use EventTypes_UpdateEventAttributeAvailability, and for select options use the option operations. Requires organization admin.
