Set Intake Form
PATCH /eventTypes/{typeId}/intakeForm
PATCH
/eventTypes/{typeId}/intakeFormSets the intake form that events of this type use, or clears it when intakeFormId is null. The form lives in the Events API and its existence is not checked here. Form ids come from the Events API's Events_GetIntakeForms, or create one with Events_CreateIntakeForm. Requires organization admin.
