Set Base Template
PATCH /eventTypes/{typeId}/baseTemplate
PATCH
/eventTypes/{typeId}/baseTemplateSets the template that events of this type are built from, or clears it when baseTemplateId is null. The template lives in the Events API and its existence is not checked here. Template ids come from the Events API's Templates_GetTemplates, or create one with Templates_AddTemplate. Requires organization admin.
