GET/eventTypes/{typeId}/effects
Lists an event type's effects in index order, each with its enabled state, condition groups and outputs. Every
condition reports a status: Missing when its attribute or role is gone or archived or its intake question is
gone, which marks the effect as broken; Unplaced when the source is no longer placed on the type; otherwise Ok.
Requires organization admin.
