Delete Event Attribute Option
DELETE /eventAttributes/{attributeId}/options/{optionId}
DELETE
/eventAttributes/{attributeId}/options/{optionId}Removes an option from a Select or MultiSelect attribute. If any event value uses the option, or that cannot be determined, the option is archived instead so stored values keep resolving; otherwise it is deleted. Option ids come from EventTypes_GetEventAttributes. Requires organization admin.
