Create Event Role

POST
/eventRolesAdds a role to the library and returns its id. The filler kind (Crew or Collaborator) and the cardinality (Single or Multi) are fixed at creation; only the name can change afterwards. An optional availability list narrows the people its pickers offer. To put the role on an event type, pass the new id to EventTypes_AssignRole. Requires organization admin.
