Create Event Attribute
POST /eventAttributes
POST
/eventAttributesAdds an attribute to the organization's event attribute library and returns its id. The type is fixed at creation and cannot be changed later. Select options, or for a crew or collaborator type an availability list, can be supplied up front. To put the attribute on an event type, pass the new id to EventTypes_AssignAttribute. Requires organization admin.
