GET/Drives/{driveId}/users/{userId}/shared
Lists the files and folders shared directly with the calling user. With no path it returns everything shared
with them; to open a shared folder, pass its path and the association id (grantedAssociation) from that listing.
A caller can only read their own shared files, so the user id must be the caller's. For everything in a
partition, use Drives_Get.
