GET/Drives/{driveId}/partitions/{partitionId}/shared
Lists the files and folders shared with a department or location partition. With no path it returns everything
shared with the partition; to open a shared folder, pass its path and the association id (grantedAssociation)
from that listing. Organization admins can open any partition; others need access to it. The partition id comes
from Drives_GetDrivePartition.
