GET/Drives/{driveId}
Lists the files and folders at a path in a drive, with the caller's permissions on each. The drive id is the
organization id; the partition id comes from Drives_GetDrivePartition (omit it for the organization's own
files) and the path defaults to the root. To see only what has been shared with a person or partition, use
Drives_GetDriveUserShared or Drives_GetDrivePartitionShared.
