PATCH/module-templates/{moduleTemplateId}/blocks/{blockId}
Rewrites the payload of an existing block, which must match the block's own type (the type itself cannot
change). Use Advancing_UpdateModuleTemplateBlockIndex to move it; the blockId comes from
Advancing_GetModuleTemplate. Requires the Advance Database edit permission.
