POST
/Users/{userId}/initializeBootstraps a user's presence in the Event API after their account is created in the Organization API; call it once per user on first login (the user id is the one Organization API Users_GetUser returns). It accepts the user's pending crew invitations, matched by the account email: it connects the user to the invited crew record, grants the invitation's permissions and marks the invitation used. Only the caller's own user id is accepted.
