PUT
/views/{viewId}Changes a view's name, position, default flag and configuration. entityId, tableId and whether the view is private cannot be changed; to move a view between shared and private, create a copy with Views_CreateView. Other views in the same set are renumbered to fit the new index. The id comes from Views_GetViews. Needs EventBasicAccess on the event.
